The worst pharmacy in Lafayette! My child needs her medication. 2 days ago I went inside Walgreens and submitted my 6yro daughter's prescription along with my drivers licenses. They stated the medicine was ordered and would arrived Thursday after 3pm. Perfect. Well Thursday at 4pm the staff stated the medication wasn't ordered because they do not have any records of receiving the prescription. I literally provide the paper prescription to the same staff member that spoke those words. She then became very rude and the pharmacist was not any assistance. They need to be investigated for being this incompetent. Some people lives rely on these medications

Do Not work for this store. The store manager will terminate you if take a FMLA and tell lies to keep you from being employed at another location. Hopefully Corporate will recognize the wrong in this store manager and justice will be served for everyone who has been wrongfully terminated by this store manager.

Zero stars! Walgreens always fills partial prescriptions. 8/26/2024 It is like Walgreens took a stupid pill and does not fill prescriptions in its entirety. This is expensive for the customers. The customer has to make two or three trips to Walgreens to pickup medications or wait 5 days for mail delivery. Shocking poor performance! Customer has to spend twice as much personal TIME traveling to Walgreens , two times the GAS BURNED, and WEAR AND TEAR on customers vehicle. Walgreens prescription filling process is a complete FAILURE. Some of the pharmacy staff are so rude. Walgreens is a drug store trying to be super store and failing to satisfy customers. WALGREENS FILL THE ENTIRE PRESCRIPTION WHEN CUSTOMER PLACES THEIR ORDER. Think about it, Walgreens you are a drugstore. Drugstores fill prescriptions. DO YOUR JOB AND FILL THE PRESCRIPTION IN ITS ENTIRETY WHEN ORDERED!

Horrible photo service. "One Hour" photo is actually 3 days. The cashier stated they were "backed up". You think they would post a sign or let someone know something prior to connecting your mobile device, sorting through the photos and selecting the ones to print. Nevertheless, after the 3 day wait, the photos were
H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E, to say the least. With all of the technology and advancements, they are still printing 2- and 3-pixel images. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! Waste of time and money. 43 - 4x6 photos down the drain.

Terrible customer service. It’s like going into the DMV. On two occasions they have told me they have my prescription in stock, then when they get the script, its out of stock with no idea when it will be back in. They wont answer the phone to ask questions, and when you go in person they treat you like trash. Terrible location. Although, its to be expected from a big chain with no local ties. Too bad local pharmacies don’t carry more scripts. Two stars instead of one just becuase I have, on occasion, gotten a prescription filled here.

Stop to Walgreens on Moss st at 730am.on 1/31/24.Store wasn't open for business yet two team members was just going in.I ask one of them if they were open and she told me that they will open at 8am.Hours of operation clearly state that they open for 7am.

This pharmacy is going to get somebody unalived they way they are incompetent getting a prescription filled. People need their meds and idiots are working there sadly, like the caramel complexion man. These people need to pick another career. Have your prescriptions transferred somewhere else, fair warning.
