These people can't keep their records straight. I got multiple emails that refills were due. I logged into my Walgreens account, checked off the refills I needed. Then in next couple of days I got one email at a time fore each of the refills, saying they were filled. I then got sick & had to delay picking them up. I went in and they said they had nothing for me. And they said one of the refills expired AFTER it was refilled but before I could pick it up (due to being sick) and therefore they cancelled the order. Ironically, 3 days ago, a lady from the pharmacy called to remind me that I had 3 prescriptions that were ready & asked if I were coming in to get them. I told her yes but that I was sick with strep throat. She said that they would be there when I went in. So I went in today and you've read what happened. I am switching to a different pharmacy.

Walgreens was not busy when I was there so that means they get you in and out quickly because it was xmas time and they had alot of cars in the parking lot. They had certain stand spots for caution of the virus with people standing in line too close. Very friendly.

Goodluck getting through on the phone. If you do get through they aren’t exactly eager to help so the long hold could be for nothing.

Awful; never have any medication on site so you have to wait 3 days for your prescription to be filled and every time you call to check on it, no one will answer the phone. I was on hold for 30+ minutes as well as tried calling multiple times during operating hours and the phone wasn’t even working. At multiple Walgreens. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want your medication in a timely manner.

The worst! I was waiting for my prescriptions to be filled. They filled 1 out of 3. Can't tell you when you'll get your meds. Thank God my life doesn't depend on the prescription. Not going to use them again. At least not this location.

Big shootout to Mr. Paul and Mrs. Anitra that are the icing of the cake of this pharmacy! They always call me by my name, always have a big smile in their faces and go above and beyond to make my visit at the pharmacy a very pleasant experience.

I need to tell you that the awesome pharmacist (Carmen) at this Walgreens was a real life saver for me this week. CVS let me down big-time on one of my most important medications, and Carmen took the time to work with me and my doctor to get it sorted out before the weekend. All pharmacies are not created equal -- I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy if you want to be treated with care and attention. It always comes down to people and Carmen is one of the best!

I see reviews about customer service. Promote Dekayla (I think her name was) she had great service and helped me right away. Beautiful and I don't think I've ever actually laughed during checkout at one of these places. Thanks ma'am you made a mundane stop entertaining!

It's sad when a pharmacist who is a medical professional and knows enough about chronic pain to tell a customer wait 2 hours to get pain meds with only one customer instore waiting. Smh! Anyone that deals with pain on a regular basis knows that it is hard to get it back under control once a dose is missed. I missed 2 doses prior because the pharmacy wont fill meds until the DAY it is due! I understand rules but that is one that shows lack of concern for serious pain sufferers! Either changes need to be made or scripts will be filled elsewhere

Rude staffThey have no compassion for customers and don’t seem to care about anything. Out of all the staff in there only one was caring.

Staff is rude. Straight up. It's called customer service. That's your job. If you don't want to tend to the help of others, do something else.This is the only store other than gas stations that stay open this late. Yet the staff is dying to get out of the door on the last hour, with the audacity to complain about a customer having a return? Ridiculous. I'm disappointed.

Slower than slow. Staff is rude and don't know their asses from a hole in the ground. This pharmacy will give you homicidal thoughts and make you curse like a sailor.
