Will not be using this pharmacy anymore after this months med refill. Every month it’s a hassle with 1 or more prescriptions and they do nothing to accommodate, explain, or empathize. They blame you or your doctor instead of trying to dig into issues that arise. I’ve used this pharmacy faithfully for 20 years and will be happy to transfer all my meds AND my daughter’s meds to Teche pharmacy. Zero compassion. Zero kindness. Zero willingness to help. Guess that’s what’s to be expected with national chains.

Very rude pharmacy staff. I went in to the Carencro store , to take my pneumonia vaccine just three days ago. The girl who was about to give it to me, dropped something on the floor, while she was saying she didn't feel well. She used the blue gloves she was wearing to pick it up from the floor. She approached me, without removing the dirty gloves, and was about to proceed to touch my arm ( with the dirty glove ). I had to ask her to please use a clean gloves before giving me the vaccine.

This place either needs to be shut down, get all new employees, or get new owner/ managers. Very unprofessional! Very rude! Talking loud, loud to other employees across the store and cursing. Throwing trash at each other (employees through trash @ other employees) Just very very bad costumer service. Not very demure !

After numerous attempts to fill my prescriptions I've decided that it's just not worth trying to do business with this pharmacy. Every prescription takes multiple visits to get filled. They haven't gotten to it, they haven't received there shipment, they will have it ready in a couple of hours they are backed up. I will never use the Walgreens store again for. anything!

This is a horrible place to fill your meds horrible service incompetence and they don't care about the customers. If there is a small pharmacy near you please use them they care and won't make all these mistakes. I had dental work done twice in a year and they flagged my name for the narcotics I filled

For past two months my prescription are not on time I've been with Walgreens long time thinking about switching..need my meds now been over four days without it because I called them in didn't do their jobs...they act lazy and are rude...I'm not happy at all with their service... something needs to be done asap...

This was the most rud unprofessional Pharmacist I ever had to deal with. Waited for 1-1/2 hours, needed the doctor to call. Doctor call and they said they would fill the script, then said I would have to wait until after lunch. Sat and waited for the script for 2 hours. They are not worthy of 1 star.
