The pharmacy needs to do better. The wait times are ridiculous for both the drive thru as well as inside. They usually only have 1 person each waiting on the customers for check out. They need more staff to tend to customers. Normal wait time is usually 20 or more. When you drop your prescription off and they tell you it will be done at a certain time it's not filled when you go back and need to sit and wait another 20 minutes back at the end of the line. It's always a new excuse when you have questions. Horribly unsatisfied with waiting here.

Best pharmacy experience! Staff is always very polite and knowledgeable. I have had issues in the past with insurance, and the staff is always so patient and knows exactly what to do and works with me to fix these issues immediately. I don’t know what I would do without all their help. Highly recommended!

I cannot express the depths of my appreciation to the pharmacy staff. I was preparing for a move abroad and was trying to get all my medicines together that I could. They went above and beyond to try to get my medicine covered early by medicaid. They stayed in touch and remembered me. They were making back up plans to ensure that I would have what I needed for my move.When I told them initially that I needed a hard to get medicine due to shortage and another pharmacy told me to wait until two days before my move, Mikhyla, told me that she had me and she clearly understood what I needed. When other pharmacies would tell me 'no' and not why, this branch told me the steps I needed to take to get what I needed to where all parties, them, my doctor, and myself were on the same page.I lost the list of names that was given to me, but when I say that every hand within that department helped me in some way, I mean it. The only other names I remember are Kasey and Dee. I am truly sorry that I do not remember and lost the list given to me. The team that helped me from the later half of September of 2023 all deserve a shout out. This crew is the gold standard of pharmacies. Walgreens corporate, take note.

So much friendly place! Actually went to this Walgreens for capturing and printing my photo. I met an indian lady staff there, she was so helpful and friendly, made my work done so fast with perfection. I really appreciate her service. Great experience! ?
