Went thru checkout, took a total of 45 minutes, 3 clerks, voiding 2 complete transactions, putting my groceries back thru the checkout, finally taken to the service desk, another 15 minutes. Spoke to a manager that would not listen, while I tried to tell him the ordeal I had experience, after my second sentence, he said he was so sorry without even listening to what had happened. Get home and my frozen meat had thawed. Very disappointed in service. Not sure if the problem lies with incompetence in machines or employees but I will do self checkout from now on.

I never expect anything when I go to Walmart because let's face it it's Walmart but I had NEVER been treated like I was this afternoon. Went to self checkout and was going to get a bone for my dog it would not scan. Called the "attendant" over who proceeds to look in my bags and look at the screens saying she is going to have to rescan everything because I put things in my bags that I did not scan. Fast forward she starts ringing up everything I had already rung and what do you know!!!! Same total that it was at the register. I questioned her and she kept her mouth shut. I asked for corporates number and she tells me "it's on the internet figure it out yourself". NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I was using the coin star at this Walmart, and after putting all my coins in my baby accidentally turned off the machine. so then I went to customer service to ask for help and tell them what happened she said well let me go look at it, so she tapped the screen a few times and then she asked one of her employees to call coin star and then I follow them back to customer service and they were just talking and I just stood there for a couple of minutes and she just was ignoring me so I said so should I wait here are they going to take long and she said they're going to take two or three days to come look at it. But the lady said that she was going to call coin I never saw her try to call them. so I called coin star and they told me that they should have a key for the machine. So I told The lady that was in customer service that and she said oh let me go ask somebody so she asked her manager, he said oh I can't find the keys so they had to look again and then finally found the key and then he put it in the machine and he said that the key is not working it's shaky whatever that means and then they finally got it to work. then the manager told me that he needs a passcode and he doesn't know it, so I told the lady from the coin star and she got really mad when I said that she said let me talk to The manager so I gave the phone to the manager and she said you should know the passcode. so she told him the password and I got my money. just please be aware of this Walmart please do not use their coin star are stealing people's money. I am disgusted.

One open register, with a clerk. Half of self- check out of order and lines forever. Absolutely ridiculous. If that is how they run this store, it won't be my "saving place".

Terrible policies ! you can not go into the dressing room with your own kids to try on clothes. When I asked what is the age cut off so I would know whether I could go in with my young son. They had no idea what the age cutoff was and were very rude because I asked a question.

This Walmart has cured me from shopping at any Walmart period. The last time I went there was a couple of months ago. I was buying a huge list of baking items to bake some cakes. As I approached the register, I realized the big bag of sugar I had was punctured and sugar was pouring out. I decided to give it to a Walmart associate and let them know rather than putting it back on the shelf. One of them was walking towards me with her Walmart vest. "Excuse me ma'am," I said, holding up the bag of sugar. She did not even look at me. I had to step aside to avoid her running into me. Really?!?! A rude, snobby "sales associate?" No problem! I put the sugar back on the shelf, left all of my baking supplies in the basket, and left the store. I immediately transferred all of my prescription meds from Walmart Pharmacy to Target. I'm NEVER going to a Walmart again!

I switched over to Walmart pharmacy because the pharmacy l was using was so unprofessional it was exhausting. Wallmart always has my RX’s ready on time. There customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Walmart.

I will never use this pharmacy again. Their male pharmacist is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have a debilitating condition and can not believe the way I was treated.

The male pharmacist is discriminatory. Steer clear of this place if you want to be treated right.
