$9 to cash a check. A check that is from their bank. No other bank charges that much. Also, as many other reviews talk about, the customer service is horrible. They look at you like you’re trash for no reason. You don’t own the bank you just work there.

I’ve been banking with Whitney for over 40 years. Have always had great service—especially the Pinhook branch. Everyone there is very friendly, very helpful. Keep up the good work!

Had a bad experience just trying to make a payment for my husband... I do not recommend this bank at all well at least this Pinhook branch!!! very much lacking in customer service!!!! Very disappointed at the experience.
