Called in order Lafayette, LA Congress Street location. It was 1:54 didn’t leave with my order until 2:49 and the manager, Derrick needs a lesson in customer service.

Ordered to eat in. Waited 30 mins - expected that. Got food and 1 was wrong. Brought to counter and had to wait an additional 30 mins. Asked if they could just refund that portion of bill and they refused.

Got 10 boneless and 10 regular and over half of each order had barely any sauce. Called back to the store all they can say is bring it back we’ll fix it. You shouldn’t have to FIX it it should be right the first time. People only have so long for lunch we can’t wait on food to be prepared multiple times!

I’m a frequent buyer of wings from wingstop recently this year 2024 the wings have been bad quality at this location. I called in a order of wings and asked for fresh fries, because my previous orders my fries were soggy and the worker told me maybe I came get my order late which was not the case as I arrived to the store and my order wasn’t even ready for another 10 minutes,very unprofessional I just want fresh food …..not smart talk when I ask for fresh food . After arriving to get my wingsthey came out to be very crunchy and hard with little to no sauce on them. The fries were terrible I asked for fresh fries and they were like the usual soft, soggy, greasy, and had hard dried up fried pieces in them, and no seasoning this is my last time ordering from wingstop! So disappointed as a returning customer I won’t be returning i DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I ask for fresh wings and fries and all I got were soggy fries and a lot burnt pieces. The wings barely had sauce on it and they were overcooked. This is not the first time this happened but this sure is the last time I’ll give these people service. Really unprofessional…when someone asks for fresh food give them fresh food. This is ridiculous get it together

This place used to be one of the best for wings. The food quality has vastly gone downhill. The guy taking orders seems to always be upset or aggravated by something. Every drink flavor was almost straight carbonated water flavored like they turned the syrup mixture down to cut costs.

We ordered a 24 pc wings and waited an hour for our food. When we received our food it turned out to be the wrong order. When we called the location the wingstop employee said our options were to call door dash or come get the correct order ourselves. When we went to pick up the order, the best they could do was give us a "fresh" (cold and soggy) order of fries. So now we've got cold soggy fries, cold soggy wings, a late supper, and out 50 bucks. Tight.

Arrived, thought it was closed. When we placed our order, there was a long wait. My daughter asked if we could eat here or had to leave. I said...we will eat here, why? She said because of all the people coming and going nobody is eating here. I said well there's tables and I think the reason for that is a majority of orders are take outs. Would not recommend it as a place to come in and sit and eat.

Attempted to call in order was on hold for 20 minutes as I drove to location. When I walked inside (still on hold on cell phone) to find they were not that busy. Asked the guy at the counter if they take call in orders explaining I had been on hold for 20 minutes - he responded in a very defensive rude tone saying there were only 2 people at the counter & he was training a new employee. Soooo shouldn’t the new employee be trained on how to take phone orders??? This location needs better management!!!
