Since 2007 we have been doing business with WM. Pricing is the most concerning factor. The contract terms could be better. Choke hold mentality is not good. Let your service speaks for itself. If the price and service is aggreable then your customers do not need to go elsewhere. At some point we wanted to move to other service provider but due to contract we couldn't. That's why 3 stars only. I guess we are stuck with it.

Why are they here at River Ranch Mainstreet Annex building 101 5 days a week? When I moved in I was told they are taking the garbage 2 days a week. Why 5 days a week? It’s loud and disruptive to our sleep schedule for the 48 apartments on the parking lot side. They are here at 5am making noise and disrupting our sleep. Enough is enough. I will not be renewing my lease here because of this nonsense. You are harming your clients business by being here 5 days a week. I am not the only one who is not renewing my lease because of this stupidity. I’ve been battling this for 8 1/2 months now, please stop torturing us. Does one of your drivers have an ex that lives here and they want to drive them crazy? What is the reason for being here every day of the week? Especially when you are only being paid to have trash picked up twice a week. The office here said they cannot do anything about it so that’s why I am leaving this review. Not a great way to care for your customers. Do better.

We are a COA. We are contracted for two times a week pick up of two 8 yard dumpsters and one 6 yard dumpster on our property. On Monday 10 June 24 our dumpsters were not emptied as contracted. Our dumpsters are now over filled with trash and Board Members have to attempt to throw Trash bags, left on the ground into other dumpsters. WHAT WILL BE DONE ?

Be weary. Waste Management has a “loyalty” program where every year they increase their prices for being their customer. This way, when they go up on prices, you have to call, get transferred 3 times, and then sign another 3 year contract contract with them to lower to price back down to what was originally quoted to you. …not sure WM knows the definition of loyalty. And, not exactly sure how this has not be addressed within the company
