The license plate scanner never works on my vehicle for the membership, and the wash never fully cleans my vehicle. I tried to call the office several times with no response. The bug wash and vacuum areas are nice though.

5 stars for treating dark paint with care even with the basic wash! The pre wash brushes are awesome, but the “water” in the tub seems a bit gross and not soapy. My only question: Why is there always a person at the payment booth?! I know how to use the machine and I can up-sell myself.

Although I really want to give a positive review because the actual car wash is very decent, but I am unable to because of the issues I’ve had with the monthly membership and also customer service. Or should I say the lack of customer service. I received two notifications that my credit card was declined, but it was a credit card that was never Owned by myself and was never associated with my account. Both times I tried to get information from customer service and was unsuccessful and ignored. At first, I thought the notification via text message was possibly spam or fraud since the credit card numbers did not match but was told that it wasn’t spam that it was accurate and that I needed to reach out to my bank. But considering I don’t even own the credit card, not sure what bank I’m supposed to reach out to. Although I do have the credit card that I have associated with my account and it was charged. This is the second time that something has happened with my credit card and number has been mixed up with another account and I don’t feel secure with this company any longer.

I have had a membership and another car wash in Lafayette, Louisiana for years now. They recently changed ownership and their service and quality went down. I was online one day when someone mentioned xclusive. Yesterday I was in the area and my truck was pretty dirty. So I stopped in for a wash to check them out. When I drove up and was greeted by two of the employees. From that second on the experience was absolutely fantastic.. They were friendly and helpful and answered all the questions that I had. The wash was great. It had all the things and more that I used to love at the other place that the national place took out. I also think it’s awesome that this place is locally owned and supports our local community and charities. I highly recommend them. I’ve already gotten a few other friends of mine thinking about switching their memberships from the other place.
