Boost Mobile 4700 common Street my experience with Ms Billie Jean and Miss Jean is excellent marvelous beautiful personality they take time with their customers and they are very friendly and courteous and very professional if you need any help done or need to purchase a phone or any type of business you need to take care of with boost Mobile this is the place you need to be at and these are the people you need to come and see. God bless you miss Billie Jean and Miss Jean cuz y'all are God sent people I thank God for you all and if there were more people like you all and all the boost Mobile areas where you go to get help at this world would be a better place.

Worst customer service I’d had in a long time, you could tell she didn’t care not one lick to help me, just to finish cleaning so she could close up (in like 45 minutes) to go home. If my experience was solely based on her, I would’ve never gotten boost. Mobile Service is also horrid, I’ll be switching ASAP

Billie Jean, at the boost mobile on common st in lake Charles was amazing in not only helping me trouble shot my issues but also helped me set up my new phone and transferred everything I needed from my old phone. Helped me recover my passwords and was patient as heck with me in explaining to me in detail everything I had concerns and questions about. Everyone there was curtious and conversational will I waited for my new phone and excellent service. Hats off to yall at boost mobile on common st. Thanks again Billie Jean just amazing!!!

There are other phone companies that can take your money ,...and that's all they can do .
At boost mobile on common you can pay your bill however if there is a problem with your service 9.9 times out of 10 the knowledgeable , kind , courteous , and caring people there can solve your problem.
Generally speaking people don't know their job anymore . That is not the case at the common street location.
We are living in a time that is making people obsolete . Thankfully there are still people who will never be obsolete .
They're right here on common street .
Highly recommend 10 ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Billie Jean is the best customer service sales representative! I had a family plan with Verizon and was lied to from the beginning of starting services with them. A total of 6 lines and nothing but LIES. Billie Jean at this Boost Mobile location understood and showed empathy throughout my visit. My family and I will forever be a Boost Mobile customer. I for sure know there is no hidden agendas and the price I was quoted will forever be and not one cent higher or a cent less. Thank you so much Billie Jean!

The team was great and was extremely helpful with porting my number over when straight talk changed my address to Miami, Florida. When my address was in Louisiana. Straight talk did not want me keeping my number. Great service at boost.
