Billie Jean is the best customer service sales representative! I had a family plan with Verizon and was lied to from the beginning of starting services with them. A total of 6 lines and nothing but LIES. Billie Jean at this Boost Mobile location understood and showed empathy throughout my visit. My family and I will forever be a Boost Mobile customer. I for sure know there is no hidden agendas and the price I was quoted will forever be and not one cent higher or a cent less. Thank you so much Billie Jean!

The team was great and was extremely helpful with porting my number over when straight talk changed my address to Miami, Florida. When my address was in Louisiana. Straight talk did not want me keeping my number. Great service at boost.

Open hours on Sunday 12-6 pm. I got there a around 530 and the female who was working there on 9/24/2023 told me that they were fixing to close and she wouldn't have time to hook my phone up. To me that's really BAD customer service. Most people who get a commission off of turning phones on with new service usually would make that money. This girl didn't. She could care less. I wouldn't recommend this store.

Ok so im not giving boost mobile 5 stars but i am giving those 5 stars to the two ladies working very hard for the people that come in there. As ot was my last avenue to take trying to get my phone back on. I dont necessarily recommend boost . but i do how ever recommend this location. Thanks for all your effort in getting my phone up and running. I appreciate it ..

Getting little to no help with straight talk to important my number over to boost, the representatives Kristen and Billy Jean worked most of the day on it until accomplished. Above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

Every single time I have gone to the Common St location in Lake Charles, the employees have been so awesome! Very personable and end up making me laugh every time. They make it a great experience.
