“I visited Don’s Wash & Lube today for an oil change, and it was my first time there. I was genuinely impressed with how quick, friendly, and smooth the entire experience was from start to finish.
I usually go to Navarre Quick Lube, but recently found out they’re no longer able to service my vehicle because it uses an electronic oil level sensor instead of a traditional dipstick. I called ahead and spoke with Jamie, who was very helpful and reassured me they could take care of my vehicle. When I came in, they didn’t hesitate at all and seemed very familiar with servicing vehicles like mine, which made me feel confident I was in the right place.
The technicians, Dee and Michael, were efficient, professional, and made the whole process easy. It’s not often you find a place that’s both fast and pleasant, but they nailed it.
I would definitely recommend Don’s to anyone looking for great service!”

“I came in from Colorado and my car was obviously a mess. I paid for the platinum 1x service. Guess what, my car was not cleaned! I had so many bugs. So I asked a staff if I could go through again. He was so kind, somehow I missed the pre bug self service area. He showed me where it was and let me run my car through again! I am so grateful. Customer service is incredible. If I lived in lake Charles I would get a membership here. You should too!!”

“I'm from out of town and had a fuel filter problem. I showed up at 5:03 and asked if they knew a place I could get it fixed. Darryl and Dustin offered to stay late. They stayed an hour and got me going. I was no longer stranded thanks tp these guys! Great job!!!”
