“I visited Don’s Wash & Lube today for an oil change, and it was my first time there. I was genuinely impressed with how quick, friendly, and smooth the entire experience was from start to finish.
I usually go to Navarre Quick Lube, but recently found out they’re no longer able to service my vehicle because it uses an electronic oil level sensor instead of a traditional dipstick. I called ahead and spoke with Jamie, who was very helpful and reassured me they could take care of my vehicle. When I came in, they didn’t hesitate at all and seemed very familiar with servicing vehicles like mine, which made me feel confident I was in the right place.
The technicians, Dee and Michael, were efficient, professional, and made the whole process easy. It’s not often you find a place that’s both fast and pleasant, but they nailed it.
