I was looking for two new pillows for a new condo I purchase out of state. He got me set up within minutes with new memory foam pillows for a great competitive price. “I purchased a dining table with seven chairs and a recliner from Howell Lake Charles. I was very clear that I wanted a real leather recliner and not fake leather. All items were delivered timely and looked beautiful in my home. The recliner was delivered without any type of tag ID so I contacted my salesman to request the tag. It was during this time we discovered that the chair I bought was actually not leather. The salesman, who was new, apologized profusely and admitted his mistake. The stock number ended in “L” which he interpreted as leather ( it did look real!). Maria, the manager, assured me they would pick up the chair and either refund my money or they would work with me on a replacement. When I went back to look at other options, Patricia Lowery stepped in and helped with a new chair. Howell picked up the original chair and delivered the new chair within days. This was an honest mistake by a new salesman that was quickly made right. A+ service by a reputable company.”
“I just moved back to Louisiana from Texas. Jeff has the best deals. The store is full if deals,steals and bargains. He helped me with a sectional sofa with a chaise long with a 5 piece dinette on top of a king size bed with headboard and the new style frame. (No box springs needed). All were within my budget. Everyone should stop by and check out the store. They have online options too. Check it out!!”

“I had bedroom curtains made for an affordable price. Excellent sewing quality and they can be made to exact measurements of your unique space. I have also purchased artwork, seasonal items and chairs over the years. My favorite pillows were purchased here as well. I like to check back periodically, depending on what I am needing. I like that they allow shoppers to browse without pressure to purchase because I often need to look, visualize something in my own space and return at a later to purchase. Check them out!”

New manager is great ,professional and really went out of her way to help me get the bed I wanted ....she drove to texas to pivk it up because she couldn't get it shipped!! “David was extremely helpful in advice about buying bar stools. We appreciated that he showed us them, told us about them but then gave us time to talk it over and decide. None of the typical hovering over people’s backs. When we checked out the staff was very pleasant and as we are new to the area, they gave us a ton of advice where to eat and what to see! The most pleasant furniture shopping experience I’ve had. Also forgot to mention the prices were very affordable. High quality items without paying a fortune. I would recommend them to anyone! If we need any furniture it will be our first stop.”
