Made a reservation went to get the car and they said the dint have car available! They were going to call me! Is been like 4 hours and nothing! 0 customer service! Dont recomend this company!

Pre-rented on website for 149$ then had a 500$ deposit which was fine. Rented for 3 days and returned 3 hours before the original agreement on Friday at 7 they charged me 167$ Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday.called and they said that because they was closed for the entire weekend and Monday for a holiday it’s just an automated charge so total of over 1600$ for a 3 day rental and it’s been 5 days since I dropped the car off and still haven’t received any kind of refund

Did a one week manager's choice special. Great experience. Ended swapping out for another vehicle the next day because of some overdue required service to that vehicle. Hertz was exemplary it it's expeditious handling of getting vehicle swapped. A-OK. Service.

First off . No one said anything about having to bring the person that delivered the car back to lake Charles .Second no one said anything bout having a "real" bank card nor 55.00 they hold ..Third the car wasn't clean at all. Just wasn't to happy with the whole process ..

Worst rental experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would, I honestly don't know how anyone could give them 5 star unless you've been renting from a salvage yard. Like everyone else says when/ if they answer the phone you are a burden to them and they are extremely rude, in person they are no better they constantly felt the need to tell us how we didn't need a large SUV and that there are no large vehicles in Europe..... (well I guess its good I don't live in Europe). We had several vehicles over the course of 6 months one of which was infested with ants that got all over our four month old and to top it off they wanted to debate me when I said we needed to exchange it....We always prepaid for gas because of their outrages $9.99 a gallon gas which could be considered price gouging. Upon returning the last vehicle we were hit with a $500.00+ charge for fuel and a cleaning fee. They claimed we denied paying for the gas upon pick up and there was pet hair in the vehicle, I get we have to pay for fuel but they could have at least given us a courtesy call before charging us $300.00 for a tank of gas. As far as the pet hair goes we don't own pets one of our kids is allergic, and when I asked them to show me time stamped pictures of the pet hair they claimed they don't the capability, all they could show me was random pictures. Very poor customer service and no business ethics what so ever, I get you have rules but at least have a little compassion. This will be the last time we will ever use HERTZ rental we've had similar experiences in the past but because it was an insurance claim they made us use them.

First of all, the business was disgusting. Not sanitary at all. No parking space almost got hit by employee.. but most importantly lets talk about the STAFF. This heavy set brown haired woman was so utterly disrespectful and had no interest in customer SERVICE whatsoever. If you hate your job please say that and get ANOTHER ONE. Its truly equal energy to be negative as it is to be positive. I paid for service at this business and it was an act of contrition to even get that. I had to pay for the gas to refill the car (which is fine) but they charged me 10 DOLLARS A GALLON but wouldnt show me the pictures of the original gas gauge?? To put it in short, i left there feeling insulted and robbed. And dont worry about them answering the phones because i promise they wont ?????????

Hey. I had an important project to attend and those ladies work very hard to get me in a car. Polite ,eye contact is important , Friendly,and off the chart manners. So glad I went there ,Thank you ladies. Keep doing a great job. Y'all need a raise ,I'm not the most patient person in the world but ,y'all made it easy .Thank you I will spread the word

They gave us a car that had bad tires (even though they just told us they put air and rotated them), and the inside was so dirty that I had to clean it up before we could leave for our trip. We had to call and get a new car after the 3rd time of putting air in tires.

The worst place to tent from. The staff was unprofessional and they didn't have the car a rented and because they had a car available they elevated the price. Don't go to this place. They are nasty.
