Petco Animal Supplies, 545 W Prien Lake Rd, Lake CharlesI went to vetco on July 18th for annual shots and for simparica and Dr. Baux was outstanding. I immediately walked in and told her about my dog Finn's quirks (reactiveness and fearfulness) and with very considerate and deliberate actions she accommodated his issues accordingly. She was without a doubt one of the best vets I've dealt with and I hope vetco is a good enough partnership for her to stick around!

Best Friends Animal Clinic
816 West Bayou Pines Drive, Lake CharlesI followed Dr. Turner from a previous vet office because she is THAT good. Not only is she compassionate and caring, she goes above and beyond to make sure you can afford the services if you express that the cost is a concern. While at NVC, she performed not one but two abortive spays on two cats that I own. Not our favorite but a male cat got to my girls before I could get them fixed. She got me in, she did the spays and updated me on how the girls were when I arrived back to the office. My cats are outdoor cats and one of them looked a little red around the incision and we came back and got some medicine and she healed perfectly! Dr. Turner will forever have the business of all my pets, present and future. Thank you NVC and thank you Dr. Turner!

From the moment we walked in, every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate. The veterinarian took the time to listen, answer all of our questions, and explain everything thoroughly. We never felt rushed, and it was obvious that everyone truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about the animals they treat.
One thing that stood out to me the most was how comfortable Drake was. I truly believe our pets can sense good people, and he was calm and at ease throughout our visit.
We walked in feeling worried and left with peace of mind, and that is something you simply can’t put a price on. Thank you to everyone at Bieber Animal Hospital for treating our sweet boy like family. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Bieber Animal Hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and exceptional veterinary care.

Seating wasnt the best but we found a spot but thats what I get for coming for the lunch rush. We got our food pretty quick and it was pretty good! I got the rosbeff sandwiches for $8 not a bad price for a nice healthy sandwiche. Only down side is they dont sell there cinnamon Bread by the slice just by the lof. Im broke so I couldnt get any cinnamon bread which was super sad. It was a overall a good time.

Our server was Tati and she had excellent recommendations. We were intrigued by many of the menu items and decided to try several things- the lobster French toast, crab spaghetti, crab cakes and caprese salad. Everything was delicious and came with generous amounts of lobster/crab. Bottom line, this place has everything we look for in a great dining experience: exciting, well prepared dishes utilizing local ingredients, well balanced cocktails and impeccable service. Our kudos to the chef!

The fried green tomatoes in bacon creme are unforgettable. Eleven years later it's the only meal I remember and it was fantastic - as was everything else.
Everything about this place was amazing. The atmosphere, the food, and the service. Wish we were closer. We would be back.
