310 Twin City Highway, Port NechesWe had an excellent experience with Twin City Veterinary Clinic. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating from start to finish, and they took wonderful care of our dog.
Our dog is very large, extremely anxious, and can be aggressive toward both people and other animals, so veterinary visits can be stressful for everyone involved. The staff went above and beyond to make the visit as comfortable and safe as possible, including making arrangements to keep us separated from other animals while we were there.
We really appreciated their understanding, professionalism, and willingness to work with our dog’s specific needs without making us feel judged or uncomfortable. It made a difficult situation much easier, and we felt confident that our dog was in good hands.
Highly recommend this clinic, especially to anyone with a nervous, reactive, or difficult-to-handle pet. Definitely a 5-star experience.
