“I like Academy my kind of store but had a problem wife bought rifle from Academy years ago for my birthday not knowing anything about guns bought me supposedly new gun but it had been shot strip screws and finish was far from perfect there policy stated no returns should have made an exception but did send the gun off the factory to be fixed but not happy they couldn't make an exception don't know what happened I actually think employees may have shot the gun and put it back on the Shelf knowing nothing about how to take care of guns s t i l l shoot the gun very accurate”

“I recently stopped at this store for the 2nd time. Both times I was somehow acknowledged upon entering, even while both of the men behind the handgun counter were engaging other shoppers. I’d like to be acknowledged, even if it’s a long wait time. It feels better than the awkward silence after the associate & the shopper both turn to see who’s coming thru the front door & turn back towards each other, all without saying a word or even nodding. I talked to 1 & could hear the other one. Both seemed to know a lot about modern, recently-produced firearms & suppressors. There was a kiosk for NFA “paperwork”. They had lots of firearms. Seemed like their pricing is comparable to the others in the area.”
