U-Haul Moving & Storage at Hwy 14 provides truck and trailer rentals and storage units. The team is described as doing a great job, very pleasant, and nice. Employees are helpful, know their jobs, and provide good customer service. The process for reservations is fast and easy. The store itself is clean and very nice in person and on the phone. However, there is a noted issue with the storage locker security, where doors and braces are rusted out and the unit is not very secure even with locks, despite the presence of cameras. Customers report an awesome and happy experience with the rental service, with many stating they would be a repeat customer.
The team's proactive approach in assisting with the car seat box sizing was greatly appreciated. Their willingness to accommodate the request by having me bring the car seat in demonstrates excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this establishmentl given the positive experience.
