“Have called Mr Ronnie’s Auto Repair for a number of needs and always happy with the work performed, speed of service, variety repair location, & rates… hard to find a solid mechanic willing to help where you need them not where they are… from water leaks to AC repairs he has always been professional, detailed in what he fixed, transparent in the process, and available to assist… best part is if he can’t fix it he can tell you who can… I have not found anything he can’t fix but he has told me where to send my son for transmission issues and local knowledge of the kind is worth its weight in failed repairs by subpar mechanic shops who say they can do it all and all they do is mess it up worse… take the honest route & call this guy for all your needs??”

“I had a crack much too big to save (at least a foot long) and Phares were great about quickly scheduling an appointment, quoted me an accurate price up front, they did the calibration for my lane keep assist and had me out within 75 minutes of when I showed up as I was expecting two or three hours. It is the second windshield I have had put on my Honda and I saved well over a hundred with Phares compared to the first place I used as well as several hours of my time.
Somehow they also saved my brake tag sticker with over a year on it.”

“So nice. Nick had scheduled to help my grandson fix his driver’s window which wouldn’t go down ! Logan , had been working in TX for nearly 3 months, and his inspection sticker was due! Unfortunately, the window issue prohibited him from getting the sticker, and he was leaving end of next week for another nine months! He was so disappointed as time was limited in order to set everything he needed to during 2 weeks accomplished! Logan and his dad surprised me, and logan purchased a new car with his dad (first car in my in my grandson’s name 😉)! Nick had made time today to “squeeze in the window repair,” so Logan could get that sticker DUE before he left! I’m impressed, in general, with Nick’s cheerful personality, his initial understanding of Logan’s predicament , and willingness to squeeze time in to fix that darn window! ! Kudos to what I’ve been hearing about Dave’s Shell— A Happy team, always listening to prospective customer, even though new! A big shout out for Nick! When I called to cancel the appointment , Nick was happy for Logan that he’d just bought his first vehicle ! Should my family need a local mechanic, we will be calling Dave’s Shell! Hammond USA has great people and businesses !! Love living here!! You would not receive this type of personal attention in other twins and cities ( based on personal experience)!!”
