And they are NEVER stingy about a loaner if you need to leave your car for service, and the loaners themselves are impeccable. And the folks here are BEYOND polite and professional. “I brought my vehicle in Saturday morning because several dash lights had illuminated including Check Engine. Richard Elvey was the only service advisor there and he couldn't have been nicer. He was able to do a quick diagnostic plug in and determine the general cause, and schedule me an appointment in a couple of days when all of the technicians are available. Skeleton crews on Saturday, which is pretty much every dealership. I also happened to see the previous negative post when I was trying to find their opening time and shared it with him. Like always, two sides to every story. And yes, he looked me in the eye. If he had done anything wrong, he wouldn't still be there. I have dealt with at least 3 service advisors there and I have found each to be trustworthy at how they explain my vehicle needs and whether it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. They have also done what they could to help me on pricing for repairs a couple of times. I purchased my Forester there in 2014 and it has been serviced there ever since and is approaching 100k. Of course we all want the cost to be minimal, but it is what it is. Still better than forking over for a new ride. You can trust him and them is coming from 9 years of experience.”

the windshield repair was fine - my 2nd in 2 years - ugh
the second time i got the wipers - was told there was 1 year warranty, but fine print is 6 months - for almost $70 would have expected better lasting performance
I've had streaking issues since installed and just tried to get replaced - was told out of warranty (by 20 days!) ... of course,
While I also couldn't speak to anyone "live", Amber, via Chat, was able to assist; she called the store and spoke to Savanah who Ok'd the replacement and then Amber called me back "live" with the update -
I drove by the store this afternoon - Nick knew about the issue and was able to replace, test and had me out in less than 10 min!
I started this review as a 2 and changed to 5 owing to the excellent customer care recovery experienced.
Just wished these roads weren't so bad that my windshield was hit by rocks (as noted 2nd time for this car about a dozen over the years)”

This Maaco location used to be owned by a guy named Muhammad Ali — not because of skill, but because he could separate you from your money with a smile, then knock you out with a paint job so bad it should’ve been criminal. Try to get it resolved? Boom — another excuse. Another KO.
But under new ownership, it’s a completely different story. You’re not dealing with a fighter anymore — you’re dealing with a real human being who understands value, respect, and doing right by the customer.
I brought my car in expecting more of the same nonsense. Instead, I got quality work, straight communication, and a team that takes pride in what they do. Whatever the new owner did to take over this shop — thank you. You finally gave the old “champ” the knockout he deserved.
Highly recommend this Maaco for paint, bodywork, or just restoring pride in your ride. Five stars.”
