“We were driving and pulling a UHaul trailer from Texas to Georgia when the check engine light came on just before 5 pm as we were passing through New Orleans. To make matters worse it was Labor Day. Luckily S&I was open that day and until 6 pm. The owner was so kind and took pity on us. He ran a computer check of our truck engine and eventually replaced a belt. He didn’t have the belt at his garage and personally drove to a supply store to buy it. The cost for parts and labor was very reasonable. He could have justifiably charged much more for the emergency repair. Within a couple of hours we were once again headed for Georgia. Without S&I, our trip would have been delayed at least a day and we would have missed our daughter’s scheduled move in to her dorm at college. Such kindness is in very short supply nowadays and we will be forever grateful.”

“I had to put my vehicle in for body work in February. I was going out of town for a week and had the shop work on my vehicle while I was out of town. I went to get an estimate and the estimate was done while I waited. Once the vehicle was in the shop and the work completed I had them bring the vehicle to Royal Honda dealership for some maintenance work. When I arrive back in town all body repair and maintenance was completed. The body work was beautiful. They were extremely easy to work with and were very accommodating on working with me to have everything completed while I was out of town. The body work was actually completed a couple of days before it was scheduled to be completed. They did a wonderful job and treat their customers like family. I would not only bring my vehicle back to this location if body work was needed but highly recommend them to friends and family.”
