“A nice park with a walking trail, 2 Playgrounds (one is covered) a pond to feed all of the different types of ducks, geese and birds. But NO BREAD. Only cooked rice, seedless grapes, oats and corn. Bread makes them sick. We had fun here.”
“Our family came here for kid fest and had such a fun time. It was a great time for all of us (me, my husband and 3 boys 2-12). The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. We ordered multiple food items and all were hot and fresh. The kids played at the arcade for about an hour and all the games were in great working order. It has been redone since I have been (when it was AMF) and it looks really nice, they keep it really clean too. We will definitely be back!”

“This weekend, the Jefferson Parish Big Book sale was going on (also going on was the Gun and Knife show, but I didn't attend that). This year, there weren't many books available to choose from, like last year or times past. The prices were great, though! The staff were helpful, and lines for checkout were nonexistent. The restroom was clean, and security was available. Overall, good visit.”

“The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The shuttle was exactly what we needed, and the driver was prompt and friendly. The amenities were clean, and their free breakfast was amazing. There was a kind staff member keeping the are clean and stocked. I'm definitely looking for this hotel in other areas. There were 9 of us staying within 3 rooms, and we all would highly recommend it.”
“The Kenner Heritage Hall was built in 1907. Over the years it had been a general store, drug store, doctor's office, post office, motorcycle dealership and finally the wildlife museum until Hurricane Katrina. The storm damage is repaired and new it serves as a general purpose hall and venue for rent.”
“VFW Hall I used to go there and play Bingo with my mom back when I was a kid the thing I like the most was a Solfege for $0.10 a piece I love peanut butter fudge”
“What a great tour with Jim! His enthusiasm for the history of the plantation and knowledge he shared was such a wonderful experience. I've spent decades around the country viewing and touring historical locations and can say he is one of the best guides I've had the pleasure to tour with. This a must stop for anyone visiting New Orleans!”
