“The car was fixed and cleaner than I can remember it being. That's not why I'm writing the review. Every once in a blue moon I get to do business with a relative or close friend and walk away wishing the world of business worked that way. Well that's how they made me feel, and that's why I am doing a review. Lexie, Ryan, and Corey are the 3 people I clearly remember dealing with. I never had to wait, even when customers were being assisted in front of me. Someone would pop out of some corner to make sure I was taken care of. Different days, several different stops..... same outcome every time. Their communication of what to expect, when to expect it to be completed, what was expected of me was all very cleary communicated. Then my rental company made an error(partially my fault as well) which caused a minor inconvenience to me, Daves collision employee's... multiple... including the owner started to try and take accountability for someone elses mistake. That is a business that cares about people's experiences in my opinion.”

“Mr. Roy and Mrs. Tara were incredibly kind, transparent, and generous throughout the entire process. From the moment I dropped off my car, they kept me updated and made sure I understood every step; no surprises, just honest communication and genuine care. The work itself was flawless and fast. My car looks brand new! You can’t even tell it was ever in a collision! They went above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their professionalism and warmth. If you ever need collision repair, Lakeway Collision is the place to go. Thank you again, Mr. Roy and Mrs. Tara, for restoring both my car and my peace of mind!”

“Gerber Collision & Glass did an outstanding job repairing my truck. The quality of the repair was excellent, and their timeliness was impeccable from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the process. I always knew what was going on and never felt like I had to chase anyone down for an update. Their working relationships with GEICO and Enterprise made the entire experience seamless. From the insurance side to the rental vehicle and ultimately getting my truck back, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the repair or the level of service I received. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing collision repair.”
