“I want to start out by saying Bobbie and Melvin made sure I was happy with my purchase. Well I choose the Mavis mountaineer AT so they installed them and I left. I had to make a small trip to Hammond and my wife and I noticed that these tires rode hard and when I researched these tires I noticed customers all said that they rode hard and you felt every bump. The next day which was Wednesday I went into the store At 8am and saw Bobbie and I explained that these Mavis ATs were horrible and I wanted a refund. Bobbie said no and pick a tire that you want. I just went back with the Goodyear Wrangler AT and she ordered them in front of me. Bobbie stated that they’ll be in tomorrow morning, which was Thursday morning around noon. I got a phone call around 10 that the tires were there and she told me to come on in and they would take care of me. Well, I wanna tell you your staff is amazing. I got there. She showed me my tires. The staff put them on balance them made sure everything was correct and I was very pleased with Bobbie Melvin and the whole staff, especially the staff in the in the Bay Area. Today is Friday. I drove it today on a trip to Baton Rouge. It drove like a Cadillac hardly felt bumps on the road. I am very pleased with the tires that’s on my truck now which comes on a truck from the factory these days so I wanna say kudos to Bobbie and Melvin. NTB has my business from now on and God bless all of y’all.”

“Kevin did “great work” bringing my rims back to like new condition about 4 months ago.
Recently was scheduled to repair another one but Kevin had to cancel another appointment and I could not get in touch with him again and it’s been almost 30 days and he never returned calls to reschedule. DON’T know what is going on!!!

“Can’t recommend enough! Great prices for used tires. But more importantly, my used tire I bought from them went flat 48 hours later. I called them to say it must have been a faulty tire and to see if anything could be done and the employee was SO kind and changed it for a new tire free of charge and continuously mentioned how apologetic they were for the inconvenience. They deserve all the business! They truly care about their customers!”

Within no time, he called us back and gave us his honest and professional opinion. “The car was fixed and cleaner than I can remember it being. That's not why I'm writing the review. Every once in a blue moon I get to do business with a relative or close friend and walk away wishing the world of business worked that way. Well that's how they made me feel, and that's why I am doing a review. Lexie, Ryan, and Corey are the 3 people I clearly remember dealing with. I never had to wait, even when customers were being assisted in front of me. Someone would pop out of some corner to make sure I was taken care of. Different days, several different stops..... same outcome every time. Their communication of what to expect, when to expect it to be completed, what was expected of me was all very cleary communicated. Then my rental company made an error(partially my fault as well) which caused a minor inconvenience to me, Daves collision employee's... multiple... including the owner started to try and take accountability for someone elses mistake.
