“I was able to take my time over a couple days to look at cars without pressure. The staff was very friendly, especially after I bought my vehicle. My sales person, David, was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me become familiar with various vehicles at the dealership. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle! It’s solid and a smooth and comfortable ride.”

“I visited Baldwin today and was glad to find a non-threatening, over pressured atmosphere. I went in to test drive two models. Selina, my advisor, was pleasant, honest and had good knowledge of Subaru even though she was new to that world. I made a purchase because of all of these factors. Her manager was also very easy to work with.”

“When my Mercedes decided it had had enough of me and broke down in middle of nowhere Mississippi, I ended up needing a one-way rental back home. I selected Covington as my return location, but somewhere along the way the app decided Hammond sounded like a better idea. Luckily, my man Rich (aka my favorite Asian Persuasion) working at the Covington location absolutely saved the day. He took what could have been another headache in an already stressful situation and made the entire return process quick, easy, and painless. All jokes aside, he was professional, accommodating, and genuinely went out of his way to help me. He even greeted me with a big big. This is optional of course. That kind of customer service is exactly why having good people at the local level matters. Five stars for Enterprise Covington — and I'd give Rich a sixth star if Google would let me.”

“I was visiting my dad from Texas and the air in one tire was lower than the others. I bought my 2023 Outback a month ago in Texas and was worried about driving the 6 hours back home with the lower air in that tire. I called and a lovely lady named Brennan was super helpful and kind. She is a perfect example of what exemplifies great customer service. Thank you to Brennan and the service representatives who quickly took care of me. I highly recommend this dealership!”
