The business cares for pets like family, providing services like shampoo and hair trims that leave animals looking cute and feeling good. They do an exceptional job, even with pets that are dirty or matted. The staff is welcoming and will post photos to keep owners updated. While not inexpensive, the service is worth every penny and comes highly recommended.

    Ms. Erin and her staff treat my Maggie so well! The new de-shedding treatment they did left my pup smelling fresher and has lasted SO much longer than any other de-shedding treatments I have tried in the past. Highly recommend Ponga’s Pet Palace!!!!

    Was able to get in fairly quick, did a great job on our Yorkie (wash, nail trim, face and tail trim).

    My Lab, Sadie loves Ponga's . They are truly animal lovers, they take
    such good care of them. I can't tell Sadie she's going until we are ready to leave, because she gets so excited she wants to leave
    right away. I highly recommend Pongs's Pet Place.
