“I was having car trouble late this night. My vehicle stopped in the parking lot, and the two guys working the night shift help me tremendously. Their customer service skills are above the roof, the guy with the accent help change my battery with no problem and refused to accept my cash tip of $25. I asked if there was someone I could call to tell them about his service, and he responded with ma'am telling me how much of a great job I did is good enough. Such a great man, wish the morning team had their energy. Great job Oreillys you nailed customer service with those guys ?”
“Fine O'Reilly's Auto parts a fine place to shop. But one problem their prices are outrageous. The other establishments such as AutoZone, Advanced Auto parts are cheaper and more reasonable. If O'Reilly's will match up to their prices I think they would get more business.”

“Excellent customer service and friendly care!! These gentlemen went out of their way to help me with changing out a few bulbs for my headlights! It was completely unexpected as I figured I would purchase the parts myself and do when I had time the next day (as the sun had already gone down). First I noticed Corey was very friendly as he helped the customer in front of me and I knew he might be the guy to help me figure out which bulbs I really needed- he was very knowledgeable but what was great was that he got right into it without any hesitation and assured me all would be good. I didn't have to ask, he just offered to look under the hood as he had grabbed the first bulb I needed and worked to put the bulb in. It was tricky and Clarence came out and gave it a try too. Clarence really got into it as Corey helped another customer who had come in. What great team work! What I really loved too was how courteous and respectful they were with each other as well. Corey was amazing and Clarence had this incredible knowledge and initiative as well that made me feel I was watching a skilled mechanic. This wasn't a big thing to do (fixing a few bulbs) but to me- it made me feel like they really cared and I was in good hands. I gladly signed up for the rewards program Cory let me know about and while I usually go to other auto parts stores for things just based on various factors, I now know that I will be going to this shop for any needs I may have. “It seems like the batteries are always dying on the Power Wheel type rides we have for the grandsons. It is nice that they have almost every type of replacement batteries that I need, I bring the dead battery in, buy a new one and let them recycle the old one.”

“I needed a very small part. A cap that screws on the engine coolant. $69.00 for a cap. The guy that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very polite. The part was ordered in 2 days, I received a phone call, saying that my order had come in. Got there and the same associate place the new cap on, showed me where the old cap was broken.
