They need a register at the door. Regular customers should not have to wait in the pharmacy line to check out with a bottle of water. And the employees in the back need to come out and start helping customers on the register a lot sooner than they do. They wait until the line is 15 deep and try to play catch up.

This is now our pharmacy since the Lapalco / Barataria branch has closed. Few staff. Inability to speak to a human. On behalf of many elderly without that access/ability - this is a disservice and neglectful of that population.

Unprofessional team members talking very openly about presidential candidates saying off with her head.. I don’t care who you support but work is not the place for this conversation especially on the sales floor in front of customers!
