The pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm, Saturday from 9am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 6pm, and Sunday from 10am to 1:30pm and 2pm to 6pm. This location is always clean and neat. The staff is often friendly and ready to help, with associates showing concern for customers and offering courteous service. Some employees are very patient, courteous, and professional, taking their time to help customers with issues like online coupons. However, customer service can be inconsistent. At times, staff can be rude and unapologetic, with some refusing to help customers. The experience largely depends on the individual associate, as some have excellent customer service skills while others do not.
Walgreens in harvey n marrero take ur codes then u have to find a way to pay for ur medicine if u complain about a employee they tell you to switch stores its not our fault that codes to come out and people get sicker
