“Awesome and unique items are sold here. Great place to get items sold here & items brought to get personalized. They are the BEST KEPT secret on the West Bank!!!”
“We never actually went inside the store because it was just closing, but we were taking pictures in front of the “welcome to New Orleans Taylor’s version” decorations in the front and an employee ran out to take a picture for us. Next time I’m in NOLA I will definitely come back when they’re open and shop around, solely because of the kindness of that lady!”
“Tiny little shop with beautiful vampire pieces everywhere. I recommend getting a book from their selection. Asked if I could get a bite and wasn't entertained. Still, I'm sure they get asked that all the time. ? ?♀️?♂️?”
“FABULOUS 'LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING' STORE IN THE FRENCH QUARTERI love this store. It’s full of whimsy and fabulous products. I come here each time I’m in town. My first purchase, ten years ago, was a super soft printed T-shirt, one of their original designs and the product that launched the whole enterprise. It was so nice that it went missing from my hotel room in Miami less than two weeks later! They have nine locations throughout the city and surrounds plus an outlet at Louis Armstrong International Airport, for those last minute purchases.”
“This is a wonderful gift shop, that specializes in local artist made items. If you are looking for quality items to gift or take home as a souvenir of your visit to New Orleans, this shop is a great choice! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The offerings are interesting and well made. The store is pleasantly arranged and easy to browse. Prices are fair. (This is NOT a French Quarter junky souvenir shop!)”
“All of my experiences have been FUN FUN FUN!! They have extremely cute lingerie, yet some can kinda be up there in price, but like everything else nowadays, you're paying for the designer.”
“Obsessed with this place. Incredibly well curated items at very good prices. Great for shopping for yourself or as gifts. The owners are so kind and make you feel welcomed. Will definitely be back!”
“Was told about by a friend who lives in New Orleans. Found shop in French Quarter and selection of unique items was extensive. From small nicknacks to some larger items I did not explore. I was looking for some gifts to take home and was told of an item I easily found after asking one of the employees about it. I wanted some soup cups with southern style recipies on them, namely jambalaya, red beans and rice and sausage and chicken gumbo. Found them quickly and was happy with their appearance and sturdiness . If I get back to New Orleans again, I will try Very hard to make a trip back here to explore and find something I know I will treasure for a long time.”
“I came in 10 minutes before they closed and was greeted with a smile. I was running super late buying a gift just hours before my daughter’s dance recital and they were more than accommodating. The prices were more than reasonable, the selections were just what I was looking for, and the customer service was out of this world. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.”
“Amazing gift shop! They have a great selection of souvenirs at different price points, the magnets are better priced here and the quality of the products is way better than the other gift shops.
I loved it so much that I went to that store three times!”
“Amazing Customer service they answered all my question. Very satisfied with all my needs MUST DEFINITELY I will recommend to every one . Who ever is planing to get married, graduation, or anything just come and visit them. 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“We often bring out of town guests to shop at the Forever New Orleans on Royal Street. It is a nice spot to shop for souvenirs and gifts. The shop has a wide variety of merchandise of decent quality and we find the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a good spot to shop for locally themed goods.”
“THIS SHOP WILL MAKE ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE. So helpful and kind, perfect for every occasion in your life! whenever I need a pick me up or a gift, this is my first stop <3”
“This place is so cute. I love the representation of other artists here, and the owner is so friendly and helpful. Great place to buy souvenirs or gifts for that special someone, especially since the offerings are often unique & handcrafted. Definitely recommend a look-see!!”
“I always love museum gift shops and this one does have a variety of coffee table books, unique gifts, art pins and postcards. It has a truly excellent children’s section (complete with pillows for kids to sit and look at books) - in fact I’d say that’s their best section. However, I think it could work more with local artists for more variety in gifts. And they could have a few more clothing items - when I went they only had one type of t-shirt.”

“While going down Decatur Street in the French Market, we did a little souvenir shopping and had the Mask Factory bookmarked on our places to go. Although they sell souvenirs, this store primarily sells masks and they're sold at varied price points. Starting prices seem to go for about $16.00+ They have an amazing selection too. You'll find a vast selection of feather, blinged out, steampunk, Mardi Gras and Halloween masks. No matter what the season, they got you boo. My husband found a cool mask here and plans to use it for an upcoming Halloween event. If you're in the market to shop for a mask, Mask factory is a good place to visit.”
“The store is beautiful! The customer service was Ah-mazing!! I bought 3 things from here for my daughter for Christmas and she looooved all 3! The later gator door mat makes it feel like home. The street tile magnets are decorative and so much fun to play with and leave messages. The Nola bucket list book has brought many laughs and “ I’ve done that’s “. In a world where customer service barely exists anymore…Dirty Coast is an exceptional find! Love Love Love this store!! ??”
“My experience with timeless mind body and soul was absolutely heaven sent.Miranda is one of the kindness beings I've ever met. I had a hypnosis session with her and the experience was absolutely eye opening. The peace I felt afterwards and the energy I felt afterwards, I felt renewed. I am currently about to be 16 weeks pregnant and I definitely recommend this to all my fellow expecting mommas.”

“This is a fun place to shop during the Christmas season. They have decorations on trees so there are plenty of ideas and selections under and next to the trees. There are nutcrackers, lights, lighted yard decor, Claus and Mrs. Claus.”
“I live in California but I have placed several orders at this location and their service and commitment to quality and freshness was unmatched! My relatives in New Orleans were pleasantly surprised and excited with each delivery! I can't tell you how much it means to relax and know your gift is going to be beautiful, delicious and a hit each time. I need to mention the excellent staff who made it happen for me and my dear relatives in New Orleans - Monica, Sage and last but not least, Eddie! Wow, talk about wonderful customer service... they fit that bill! I thank them and if you are fortunate to live near this location, I recommend them with confidence! They deliver pure joy and happiness! I can't say enough!”
“They have a large and unique selection of NOLA gear. There's t-shirts, magnets, stickers, jewelry, etc. My biggest plus was that the shirts were also offered in a women's cut. This is so nice for someone like me who hates how the unisex shirts fit. And they have a bathroom that doubles as a fitting room. ? So a big thank you for my new NOLA shirt! ???”

“I started following this shop at the beginning of the year. I live out of town and was finally able visit in February. They have such a cute shop with a great selection of gifts. I recently ordered a hat clip (Friday) and it arrived on Monday. Talk about fast shipping and customer service. They left the sweetest message and are very responsive on social media. I am happy to support this small business and looking forward to purchasing more items.”
“Great assortment of NOLA-related gifts, gadgets, candles and trinkets, good prices, friendly and gracious service, the epitome of what retail-therapy should be. Five Stars.”

“Ma Sherie Amour is an awesome shop conveniently located in the Jackson Square. Sherie of course is the owner and is the prime example of a Genuine Southern Lady. Definitely a shop to visit to get all your New Orleans souvenirs.”
“Stopped by this store because the kids wanted to get masks. They had a large selection of masks so there was plenty to choose from. In addition to masks, they also had other items which were available to purchase. The kids did not find what they were looking for but the staff was friendly and the products looked good. The store was rather small though so it was kind of difficult navigating through the store.”
“I have driven by here many times and wanted to stop in, but always while I was doing something else. I finally got the chance to stop in and I am glad I did. The lady working was very friendly and helpful. Large selection of cute gifts and knick knacks, reasonably priced. I look forward to coming back!”
“Right next to Barnes & Noble, we popped into PHINA for a few gifts for our daughter’s best friend. They have all sorts of gifts from candles to gifts for men. Staff are helpful and even offer gift wrapping.”
