I bought the shirt too big on purpose..so buy two sizes too large to get what you may want after washing it…I should have bought a 2XL..and I am not a large
person..just FYI..I also bought a super cute pair off sunglasses for 9.99..the T-shirt was 30.00..just beware they are not good quality..kind of like the quality
of a concert t-shirt..buy A LOT LARGER than you need..if you don’t like a super short sleeves..be prepared to wear a long sleeve shirt under it.”

“My son and I went to the store on Magazine St. in March of this year. We were in town to see family friends and go to the Irish Italian Parade. I have always wanted to purchase from this store since my local friend told me about it years ago. The store looked amazing and had to many things and different price points to buy. But what I really appreciated is how they made my 7 year old feel special. It's the first big trip he could remember going on and he had his own money to spend. He picked out several things and the girls at the counter were so patient and talked to him like he was just any regular ol person coming in to make a purchase. He loved it. As for me who is from New Orleans but moved away years ago and lives in the Midwest, I loved getting things to bring back home that are unique and totally Louisiana. Great store and friendly employees.”

The Collection Shop offers not only beautiful, innovative, and elegant pieces, but also the best customer service I have ever experienced in the United States.
I first visited their store in New Orleans' Garden District and purchased several items that I absolutely loved. After returning home to Miami, I noticed that one pair of earrings had changed color much sooner than expected.
I sent an email explaining the situation, and their response was almost immediate. After I shared a few photos of the earrings, they promptly refunded the purchase without hesitation. To my surprise, they also sent me a complimentary jewelry polishing cloth along with a thoughtful handwritten card.
I never had to ask for any of this—they simply went above and beyond to make things right. That level of care, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers is rare and truly unforgettable.
It's easy to find beautiful products, but it's much harder to find a company that stands so firmly behind them. The Collection Shop exceeded all my expectations, and I will gladly continue supporting their business.

“Upscale souvenir shop with late evening hours. They have a large selection of sweatshirts, hoodies, T-shirts, ornaments, shot glasses, magnets, and more. The staff is friendly and doesn’t bother you when you look around. Prices are a little higher but competitive, especially since every other gift shop in the quarter closes at 4 or 5 p.m. I would recommend.”
“Been going here for years. This place has everything Mardi gras, christmas, saints, and Halloween that you will ever need. I only wish they were open later in the evening around the holidays. With work it's hard for me to get there much before 6 or 7:00 at night most days. But this place is a family tradition and my daughter has grown up in that store. Excellent owners and management. Employees are always wonderful.”

“Was told about by a friend who lives in New Orleans. Found shop in French Quarter and selection of unique items was extensive. From small nicknacks to some larger items I did not explore. I was looking for some gifts to take home and was told of an item I easily found after asking one of the employees about it. I wanted some soup cups with southern style recipies on them, namely jambalaya, red beans and rice and sausage and chicken gumbo. Found them quickly and was happy with their appearance and sturdiness . If I get back to New Orleans again, I will try Very hard to make a trip back here to explore and find something I know I will treasure for a long time.”

“Just purchased a beautiful and unique mask from this shop. I saw the mask a week ago and just could not get it out of my mind. The woman who helped me was very kind and attentive. She verified the authenticity of the masks being hand made which is not something you'll find much around the French Quarter as most of them are mass produced. I will absolutely visit this store every time I come to New Orleans.”

“Came here for the annual Japanese Fest. We had an enjoyable time seeing all the exhibits and vendors. The drummers at the entrance were amazing to watch! “I started following this shop at the beginning of the year. I live out of town and was finally able visit in February.They have such a cute shop with a great selection of gifts. I recently ordered a hat clip (Friday) and it arrived on Monday. Talk about fast shipping and customer service. They left the sweetest message and are very responsive on social media. I am happy to support this small business and looking forward to purchasing more items.”
“Stopped by this store because the kids wanted to get masks. They had a large selection of masks so there was plenty to choose from. In addition to masks, they also had other items which were available to purchase. The kids did not find what they were looking for but the staff was friendly and the products looked good. The store was rather small though so it was kind of difficult navigating through the store.”

Do yourself a favor and check out this spot!!! Conveniently located in Uptown, right off the block with Parran's, Creole Creamery, and Gracious coffee, also right next to King Pin which is a great local dive bar that often has food trucks and live music.
