“TLDR; John saved my ass when my cpap broke on a trip, even after hours.
I arrived in New Orleans preparing to get on a Royal Caribbean Cruise the next day. That night, my cpap died due to being dropped at the airport.
Saturday morning, I called and left a message, needing to buy a cpap for my trip.
John called me back and offered to meet me at his store that morning. Luckily, I had a friend with me who works in the medical industry, and he wrote me a prescription on the spot for a new cpap.
John sold me a refurbished top of the line resmed air11 for an extremely good price. He was courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to help us when no one else was even open. I can't say enough good things about John and how grateful I am for his compassion on my situation.
This is the guy everyone should go to for your durable medical equipment.

“We went to rent a wheel chair from this location for my mother in law. We explained that we were evacuating from Hurricane Milton, and they unexpectedly offered us the rental for free.
