The cashier was a woman, I don’t recall her name, she was extremely pleasant and super helpful! The manager, made a provision to assist me regardless of the error being my fault. The lead or assistant manager, instead of stating unfortunately we can not, his words were you need to ask him, pointed at the manager, if it was up to me it would be NO in such a rude tone! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!”
