“I was in need of a memorial/funeral program for my sister’s memorial. I called and Seth provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. He answered all of my questions and he did not rush me. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The memorial programs came out perfect! They were bind (stapled) in the appropriate place unlike the other big chain in the area. The color on the programs were nice as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the programs as well as the customer service I received.FedEx, please know that Seth is a tremendous asset to this location and the entire FedEx family!
