The overall experience is positive, with helpful support for switching services and resolving technical problems.

I had a very serious phone issue. Robbie Gammill at the Lapalco store in Marrero was wonderful. She helped for 6 longs hours to get my phone working properly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
