Had to pick up from the pharmacy. Long drive thru line and long line inside. I waited in line a little over 30 minutes.

Kriste really needs customer service training. She was very rude and unapologetic as she served a customer that came after me. She then decided that she wouldn't help me at all and walked off telling me she doesn't work that part of the store. Dyasia(I hope I spelled her name correctly) on the other is the only reason for 3 stars because she actually has and uses her customer service skills.

I went to Walgreens to pick up a few items with my online coupons. However, I was having trouble getting the coupons to register in the Walgreens system.The ladies at the front registers (Ms. Dynish Jones and Ms. Phaedra Johnson) were such a great help. They were very patient, courteous and professional. They took their time and made it work out for me. I was able to receive the discounts and left the store Very Very pleased with their service.Thank you Ms. Jones and Ms. Johnson for making my experience a pleasant one. You're The Best!!! God bless you both and your families. ????

The store manager Amber is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. Not sure if that's just who she is as a person or not but customer service may not be the right fit for her

This Walgreens is always clean and neat. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. For instance, I was in there today (Sunday March 6, 2022) and I was purchasing 4 1.5 liter bottles of Smartwater. Now those are the biggest single bottles I have ever seen for sale. There was an associate in the same isle as me and she offered to carry half of my load. Of course I told her Thank You, but I had it and she went a step further and said are you sure Mrs. those look heavy and you do have 4 can I help you carry them? I Thanked her again for the offer and assured her that I had it. But it was so pleasant to have a team member of the store be so concerned with a customer. You don't see that often at all.

Sat in line for in the drive-through for an hour with a screaming baby for my sick wife’s COVID test. Finally the pharmacist assistant took our appointment and Id and then told us, with our four month old audibly screaming in the background that we would have to come back at 2 because she was going on her lunch break. Absolutely insane.

Cashiers in the pharmacy are lazy. They need to retrain them on the proper way to deal with a customer. They lost my prescription, she couldn't find it, so instead she pulled the pharmacist away from his job to find it. He found it very quickly it was in a bin she looked in several times.

I had to pick up my prescription. Sat in line for over a hr and there were only 2 cars in font of me. They need to have 2 different lines for testing and prescription. Good luck if you are waiting on line.
