There is one that moved from a different store to this one who I think is some sort of manager or assistant manager who in particularly good. She has excellent customer service skills and is always helpful, checks people out quickly, and exchanges pleasantries with everyone in line.”

“I love my local Family Dollar sooooo much the Ms.Tanika is the absolute best manager there is the staff members are so polite, accommodating, respectful and helpful I can’t brag enough about them. Since Sav A Lot closed next door they have been getting swamped and they took the added work and shining bright as the diamonds they each are they all deserve RAISES!!!! Great employees are hard to come by in today’s time and this particular location is filled with them!!!!”

“Got mostly what I needed. A lot of the items on sale we're out of stock but that's how they like to play the game. 6 people working but only one cashier and we had 7 people in line waiting to check out. Took almost 10 minutes and the poor girl calling out several times before she got assistance.”

“Dollar General is just a quick stop store after all but today was just a very good Dollar General shopping day. I went there for a few 'on sale' items with a good 'on sale' price. What made this a five-star experience was an employee who went above & beyond the normal quick stop employee to help me find some of the items I wanted. She, 'Xanna' I believe, is well invested in doing a good job for DG. She was genuinely friendly, well spoken, knowledgeable about where items are located, and willing to help. She not only knows where the items were located, she walked me to them. Thank you Dollar General. I wish you had more employees with Xanna's work ethic and intrapersonal skills.
A Month Earlier...
Dollar General did not have sales flyers at their stores this week and the online app did not post the sales flyer either. I contacted their online customer service, and they wanted me to pay $55/month for an answer as to why they did not have any sales flyers either at stores or online!”
“Never seem to have enough employees to help customers. When you find one they are very helpful. Store is cleaner and neater than most in the area.
Digital coupons and app are difficult to use in store(s). Should just put them in adds.
Location of this store makes entry and exit to parking lot difficult because of increasingly heavy traffic.”
“My only complaint with this store is,they never have any soap powder at all. The shelves are empty everytine I go which is once a week or more. Other than that I have no more complaints.”

“Family Dollar make me holla!! Imagine my surprise and delight when I was leaving the Red, White and Blue thrift and I look to my right I see a brand spanking new Family Dollar! Awesome! I'm always happy to see new businesses in this little plaza, so I popped in to see what they had to offer. Don't get confused- "dollar" is in the name, but this isn't a dollar store, per se. However, they do have a lot of discounted items at low prices and they do have their own "Family Dollar" brand items for...your guessed it...a buck! They have a wide selection of typical household items, makeup and other things like that. They also have a few basic grocery items like milk, bread, cereal, boxed stuff, ice cream and frozen items. I do like that they have their own equivalent of name brand items, so that's good if you're in the mood for something on the cheaper side.”
“This trip was specially to look for pool noodles. I needed something to protect my leg from bruises and found them just inside the entrance and displayed just behind the display of solar-powered lights”
“The store was very, many of us were shopping for items to use for the impending store snow storm.It was nice to see that the store is being monitored by indoor cameras.Would like to know if these cameras are being monitored and what will happen if someone is observed stealing.

“I appreciate the fact that this store is using stacked with products and highly convenient! Sometimes the lines can be super long and over the years the employees belts in the register never move. Also, when the lines are long with customers there’s never two lanes open. Overall, I stop seldomly if there’s not too many people shopping there. Unfortunately, due to high crime rates in this area, the Family Dollar stores in the area are closing down. I would hate for this location to move being that it’s like one of the few left in this area! But I like that you can find what you need in your everyday lives or routines! Also, the Family Dollar app lets you save money ? which is my favorite ❤️ especially when there’s coupons on things I really need! Thanks ?? for that especially!”
