“I brought my vehicle in Saturday morning because several dash lights had illuminated including Check Engine. Richard Elvey was the only service advisor there and he couldn't have been nicer. He was able to do a quick diagnostic plug in and determine the general cause, and schedule me an appointment in a couple of days when all of the technicians are available. Skeleton crews on Saturday, which is pretty much every dealership. I also happened to see the previous negative post when I was trying to find their opening time and shared it with him. Like always, two sides to every story. And yes, he looked me in the eye. If he had done anything wrong, he wouldn't still be there. I have dealt with at least 3 service advisors there and I have found each to be trustworthy at how they explain my vehicle needs and whether it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait. They have also done what they could to help me on pricing for repairs a couple of times. I purchased my Forester there in 2014 and it has been serviced there ever since and is approaching 100k. Of course we all want the cost to be minimal, but it is what it is. Still better than forking over for a new ride. You can trust him and them is coming from 9 years of experience.”

I brought my vehicle to them, Ronnie was the Consummate Professional. They filled me in on everything that’s was being done mechanical and cosmetic wise to the vehicle as well as communicating with me on updates and timeline of completion of the work.
The work done was GREAT!!! Car now runs GREAT and The Paint Job and Detail LOOKS AMAZING!!! Looks and runs like brand new!!!

Sometimes you have to wait for your vehicle due to backup on the lot or parts on order but other than that Sam keeps you posted at all times and gets you out as soon as possible. “Edenborn Collision Center took great care of my town and country van that was rear ended in 2019. They worked with my insurance company and had my vehicle fixed and returned to me in a timely fashion. They were great about handling all the paperwork and kept me informed throughout the process.
The repairs were better than factory, the paint match was perfect.
This vehicle is still in good condition today in 2024 and is still in the family.
I would definitely recommend them if you have any bodywork issues with your vehicle.”

“I had my wife's 2020 Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated for Christmas. The car had numerous scratches and a couple of flat spots that the Tesla shop attempted to remove but they were all still visible. Dave and his team made it look like glass and my wife was very happy with the results. As others have stated, Dave is very passionate about making your car's paint look great.
