The waiting area is fantastic - comfortable, with high-end finishes, snacks, specialty coffee, even private offices if you have a long wait and need to get some work done! And they are NEVER stingy about a loaner if you need to leave your car for service, and the loaners themselves are impeccable. And the folks here are BEYOND polite and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them!”

“Not sure where the other review showing a photo of "bad welds" came from (guessing the welds shown were originally on his car and not done by supreme, a classic "you touched it" situation) because I've had nothing but excellent work by these guys, I've been here twice to fix the dreaded cracked pipe on a new edge mustang caused by the ac dripping right on the cat, they are always quick, friendly, and prompt always having it back to me within a day at a great price, I trust these guys and when I'm ready to bite the bullet on a true duel system I'm definitely coming here for it (just gotta fix my cars other issues first lmao)”

“Passed Star 1000’s times, never thought to stop. I needed a rear brake job on my ford f-150, nothing but a great experience. Everything done as told & on time with a good price. Only reason not 5 star is I thought the place very crowded with lots of cars, i don’t really know if thats a good thing or a bad thing..either way I’ll be back as needed.”

“Brought my Truck in for am A/C repair on Friday. The evaporator was leaking so the entire dashboard had to come out.
Shawn went above and beyond so I could have my Truck back on Monday!!!
Other shops would have had the Truck for days, forcing me to spend money on a rental.

We live just a few blocks away, which obviously is very convenient. Doesn’t matter though b/c I’d walk 30 miles to get my car fixed over at Bernard’s Car Care as they are Very Good, Honest, and Transparent from start to finish (I know honesty and transparency as I am an experienced human lie detector - call it career experience) but most of all Bernard’s Car Care is Affordable. I am telling you from years of experience in using them as I’ve had everything done to my cars over the years from a simple brake tags, pulling nails & screws out my tires, charging my A/C w/ freon to extremely complex engine work and they have never, ever let me down. Having a very reliable mechanic in the neighborhood reminds me of how things used to be growing up old school. It sure is quite refreshing! This reminds me I’ve got to call Cris to schedule my Camry to get new fans installed. So if you’re needing any kind of car care service see Chris and tell him that Randal Nicoll sent you b/c I promise you will not regret it. Stay Safe and keep Motoring.”
