“I've been a member for several years since I financed my car. They were the company with the best rate for the refinance and they just happened to be local. First I was going to go with a company in Iowa and then a better rate was found and it was with LaCapitol. I've always done business with this branch except for once or twice I've gone to the one on the Westbank. Everything is done at the drive up teller. I went inside once and they had the same set up. Tubes going up to who knows where. I didn't see any employees inside so I never even get out. The lines are never long and the service is always fast and friendly. Just recently, I purchased a second vehicle and decided to finance through LaCapitol again. So now I have two separate loans. I dealt with a few different people but mostly Kim during the process which was seamless. I called and started the process and for everything else they called me for a quick question or emailed me. They always answered the phones when I called and replied to my emails in a timely manner. When I started with the first loan, I automatically was given a savings account which I use to pay bills online so that was a nice perk. I'm happy with LaCapitol and love that they are so close to my home.”
“My credit union deserves an A+++ rating. I ran into a situation with a transaction and the Branch Manager Ms. Norma at the Mid-City location went the EXTRA EXTRA mile to investigate it further. Once she investigated and realized an omission of some information was the problem she immediately contacted me and made sure my transaction was handled properly. She went the extra mile with professionalism, courtesy and respect. So appreciative of how she handled my situation and me as a longtime member of this credit union. She deserves great recognition!!!”

“I routinely have to deposit checks with the teller and they're always courteous and prompt. Rarely do I need anything more. However, recently, I needed assistance as fraud was detected on my debit card and it was during the Cloudflare/Microsoft outage so I couldn't handle it by phone. Then, today, although just in to deposit a check, I encountered the same person, Tiffany Ebersole, and in passing told her I had an issue with Zelle (which is *in* the HW app - super helpful!) and she offered to call the call in number with me so as to avoid me failing to remember my first dog's middle name when being authenticated, and having issues there. Again, she was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I was a happy customer already but Tiffany reaffirmed that HW is a solid organization with friendly knowledgeable staff.”

She was kind, helpful and professional. She's an A++ employee, a great asset to that team!”

“Fantastic experience. Upon entering the bank I was greeted by an armed guard. We spoke for a few minutes and I thanked him for service to our country. I was greeted immediately by a teller at which time I told her I wanted to open a new small business checking account. I was immediately introduced to Jared Rodriguez, senior client solution specialist. Jared was incredible! He explained Hancock Whitney is not like other banks rather they are OLD SCHOOL. They practice personal relationships, one on one banking! I was thrilled there are no gimics or false promises with advertising mailers. Jared explained my choices and made it EASY!
