I believe I've been a member since circa 2008. I just wish they had a branch here in Gulfport, Keesler Federal, Navy Federal and Gulf Coast Community Federal could use the competition.”

“Fantastic experience. Upon entering the bank I was greeted by an armed guard. We spoke for a few minutes and I thanked him for service to our country. I was greeted immediately by a teller at which time I told her I wanted to open a new small business checking account. I was immediately introduced to Jared Rodriguez, senior client solution specialist. Jared was incredible! He explained Hancock Whitney is not like other banks rather they are OLD SCHOOL. They practice personal relationships, one on one banking! I was thrilled there are no gimics or false promises with advertising mailers. Jared explained my choices and made it EASY! He is absolutely fantastic to work with. I was so impressed with everyone's professionalism and kindness. Thank you!”
“I have friends that work for Iberia, yet this is my favorite branch. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome there. They've seen me at my best and at my worst. Last tax season, I went in there at my wit's end, in tears since me and money didn't see eye-to-eye. But April calmed me down and helped me resolve my perceived mini-crisis. She saved me money and offered me suggestions I didn't even think about! I left, feeling so grateful to be getting such excellent customer service. I needed to print out multiple month's statements since I wasn't able to access their online system. Keith helped me out, remembering me several hours later when I went back to pick them all up. He put them all into a nice folder with his business card in there. And their service has been consistent since that day. They remember my name and manage to continue the conversation from last time. Talk about the extra touch! Editor's Note- as many other Yelpers have said, Iberia's online system is horrible. One of the problems is that you HAVE to change your password every 6 months. And the site is pretty limited in its capabilities. You can't deposit checks online, transfer money, view the check owner's information. So you HAVE to go to a branch to get them to reset your password. Pretty annoying, and the main reason I went to this branch. But they did such a great job, I now don't actually mind the inconvenience. It gives me a chance to see April and Keith again.”

“I have the occasional need to use this drive-thru on my way to work. It has become my favorite branch because: It NEVER has a line of build up at the drive-thru EVER!! It's like the magical drive-thru that always has a lane open for me. **To find the entrance to the drive-thru you have to turn onto Phosphor St. go behind the building and head back towards Veterans, it is sort of hard to find the first time, maybe that's why there is never a line.”

“I've been banking at this branch since my parents set up my first savings account as a baby. The staff and branch manager are fantastic. There's very little turnover, so you can always expect familiar faces (and you can get to know the people you're working with).In general Home Bank provides the services and personalized attention that sets community banks apart from national banks. At the same time, they offer many of the conveniences associated with national banks like online banking, mobile check deposits, and a wide network of ATMs.My only dissatisfaction has been with some changes that have taken place since Home Bank acquired BNO. My main complaint is that they eliminated Saturday hours at this branch (first inside and then at the drive-thru). I miss the convenience of being able to stop by on Saturday morning when I'm less likely to be dealing with work. However, there is a branch near the end of Veterans Blvd. with Saturday hours, so while it's less convenient, I do have the option of driving down to that one.”
