“I've purchased only used tires from them, usually one or two at a time after road hazard incidents. I've never had a bad experience with their service or the used tires. They have enough workers such that there is a short wait time while installing the tire(s). All of the tires that I purchased had more tread than the ones replaced; the date codes are within the DOT guidelines for replacement. The cost of the tires is very reasonable. The service person installed my tire in the pouring rain on my recent visit. I recommend giving them your business when in need of good used tires.”

“I brought my car in for tires and asked for a once-over to see what else might need doing. They added oil and did an alignment, and found me low on coolant. They added some coolant. I was concerned because I drive a European car, and coolant type is specific to your car. I was nervous, but as soon as I got home, I checked what they added and it was the correct one for my car. That's all I need to know, because it means they care about what they're doing. I will take my car to them for all of the maintenance I don't want to/can't do for myself. Recommend.”

“We were driving and pulling a UHaul trailer from Texas to Georgia when the check engine light came on just before 5 pm as we were passing through New Orleans. To make matters worse it was Labor Day. Luckily S&I was open that day and until 6 pm. The owner was so kind and took pity on us. He ran a computer check of our truck engine and eventually replaced a belt. He didn’t have the belt at his garage and personally drove to a supply store to buy it. The cost for parts and labor was very reasonable. He could have justifiably charged much more for the emergency repair. Within a couple of hours we were once again headed for Georgia. Without S&I, our trip would have been delayed at least a day and we would have missed our daughter’s scheduled move in to her dorm at college. Such kindness is in very short supply nowadays and we will be forever grateful.”

“i went into rimtyme based off reviews and was not disappointed. walking in was overwhelming with the vast assortment there but was greeted by LEE who took the time to help find what i was looking for. working together to find common ground was met with smooth and earnest business. they were able to accommodate me the very next day going above and beyond what i expected. i will be returning for any more specialty needs and will definitely encourage friends and family as well. i never write reviews but this place, and mostly LEE, deserve one. not many genuine people left in the customer service industry but LEE was aces. (i would post how badass these look on my vehicle but i would rather not share that publicly.)”

“I was really impressed by how professional the Firestone staff are. As anolder woman, I have often been ripped off by other service providers. I agreed to very clear actions which included tire rotation, oil change, and new wiper blades. I was assured that my tires are fine at this point, but two may need to be fixed in the near future so I can plan for that. It is a hectic time of year coming on the Christmas holidays, but I was helped promptly and I really appreciate it !”

“Before I went to Rico’s Tire Shop, I read the reviews and was very skeptical about going. It’s a good thing I like to base my own opinion on things rather than just going by what others say. So with that being said, me and my husband went and received the best service you can imagine. First off, we are not Hispanic so I would have to disagree with those saying that they only cater to “their people.” We’ve been to several tire shops in the past and Rico’s prices have been the cheapest thus far. We were even assisted by one of the employees with some advice about a problem we were experiencing with our car and turns out the problem, which we thought was a major problem, is only a minor problem with a simple self service fix. I would definitely go back again and also recommend others to go as well.”

“I love Sam's club. I love their curbside pick up...because I buy cases of water and don't have to load them into my car myself. I have back issues. I love the customer service at this Sam's club because their employee's are always very friendly and courteous. I love their scan and go becauseI I don't have to wait in line. However, I never think of Sam's Club optical...I bought 2 pairs of glasses...reasonably priced (20% off for plus members). They have all kinds of designer frames. The staff there went above and beyond by fixing an older set of frames that I love (and didn't buy there). I'll never go anywhere else for glasses!”
