I brought my vehicle to them, Ronnie was the Consummate Professional. They filled me in on everything that’s was being done mechanical and cosmetic wise to the vehicle as well as communicating with me on updates and timeline of completion of the work.
The work done was GREAT!!! Car now runs GREAT and The Paint Job and Detail LOOKS AMAZING!!! Looks and runs like brand new!!!

“Excellent customer service and friendly care!! These gentlemen went out of their way to help me with changing out a few bulbs for my headlights! It was completely unexpected as I figured I would purchase the parts myself and do when I had time the next day (as the sun had already gone down). First I noticed Corey was very friendly as he helped the customer in front of me and I knew he might be the guy to help me figure out which bulbs I really needed- he was very knowledgeable but what was great was that he got right into it without any hesitation and assured me all would be good. I didn't have to ask, he just offered to look under the hood as he had grabbed the first bulb I needed and worked to put the bulb in. It was tricky and Clarence came out and gave it a try too. Clarence really got into it as Corey helped another customer who had come in. What great team work! What I really loved too was how courteous and respectful they were with each other as well. Corey was amazing and Clarence had this incredible knowledge and initiative as well that made me feel I was watching a skilled mechanic. This wasn't a big thing to do (fixing a few bulbs) but to me- it made me feel like they really cared and I was in good hands. I gladly signed up for the rewards program Cory let me know about and while I usually go to other auto parts stores for things just based on various factors, I now know that I will be going to this shop for any needs I may have. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people! I really appreciated the care & expertise!”
“I really can not say enough amazing things about Whitey. I have been blown away by my dealings with Altraquick. Whitey is straight forward, honest and very hard working. If he says he's going to do something, it gets done PLUS some extra. To deal with a car guy that I just KNEW was an honest straight shooter was such a relief. Then, on top of that, he does AMAZING WORK!! He is more than fair with pricing and does go the extra mile. My car literally glimmered in the sun. He even touched up some nicks and scrapes on other parts of the car just because he had some extra paint and he is just that nice of a guy. My hubby's car needs body work done next and it's more involved than mine was. We're already on Whitey's calendar to bring his car in soon.
Obviously, his services are not something you want to HAVE to get, but I can whole heartedly say he's the best I've ever really with and he's on my speed dial for anytime I need him.

“This is a really nice Mazda dealership with helpful and attentive staff. In my experience it is one of the nicest car dealerships in the area. They have an extremely clean interior space with very nice spaces for customers to view vehicles and to just sit down and enjoy a wonderful selection of coffee. They have an excellent coffee machine here that lets you select a nice range of different caffeinated beverages. They even have a gift shop with a good selection of Mazda clothing and other Mazda gear for the true Mazda fans. I'm rarely impressed by car dealerships these days but Paretti Mazda does demonstrate they operate at a higher level than much of the other competition in the area.”
