“I have used Sam a number of times and have been extremely satisfied. Sam and his employees are courteous, safety conscious, friendly and very reasonable in price. Sometimes you have to wait for your vehicle due to backup on the lot or parts on order but other than that Sam keeps you posted at all times and gets you out as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Sam’s Tri-City Body Works & Repair to anyone and everyone!! If it is something he does not work on that is mechanical he will refer you to someone who has the right equipment and team to do the job. “I had my wife's 2020 Tesla Model 3 ceramic coated for Christmas. The car had numerous scratches and a couple of flat spots that the Tesla shop attempted to remove but they were all still visible. Dave and his team made it look like glass and my wife was very happy with the results. As others have stated, Dave is very passionate about making your car's paint look great. “This is a really nice Mazda dealership with helpful and attentive staff. In my experience it is one of the nicest car dealerships in the area. They have an extremely clean interior space with very nice spaces for customers to view vehicles and to just sit down and enjoy a wonderful selection of coffee. They have an excellent coffee machine here that lets you select a nice range of different caffeinated beverages. They even have a gift shop with a good selection of Mazda clothing and other Mazda gear for the true Mazda fans. I'm rarely impressed by car dealerships these days but Paretti Mazda does demonstrate they operate at a higher level than much of the other competition in the area.”

“Before I went to Rico’s Tire Shop, I read the reviews and was very skeptical about going. It’s a good thing I like to base my own opinion on things rather than just going by what others say. So with that being said, me and my husband went and received the best service you can imagine. First off, we are not Hispanic so I would have to disagree with those saying that they only cater to “their people.” We’ve been to several tire shops in the past and Rico’s prices have been the cheapest thus far. We were even assisted by one of the employees with some advice about a problem we were experiencing with our car and turns out the problem, which we thought was a major problem, is only a minor problem with a simple self service fix. I would definitely go back again and also recommend others to go as well.”

The dealership who sold me my car in Metairie said unless the problem happened while in the car was in the shop they couldn't help because the computer will diagnose the problem. WHAT???? Pretty much I spent $500 for nothing.”
