“Here's the crazy part an hour ago I went to a Circle K/Exxon gas station on Williams Boulevard and gave them a one star review because the woman was so nasty and rude. So as I'm driving about to go to Lakeside Mall, I decide to stop to see if they would have the Lipton tea on the fountain drink and they did. But that's not the best part. I go into the store and I meet Floyd who is the cashier and store clerk. When I tell you, this young man is absolutely amazing. That would be an understatement. He is so professional and kind and has such a wonderful spirit. He speaks to you as if you're walking into a Rolex store. His customers are important to him and he works that store is if he owns it. I learned that he is actually from Ohio, and moved to New Orleans a few months ago. I wish that the city of New Orleans would return to the thing that made it famous, which was hospitality. This young man Floyd should be on someone's corporate team leading and training people. He is truly amazing and definitely a breath of fresh air. I realize an hour ago I had placed a one star rating at a different store, but here I am giving this store five stars because of its amazing service. If you really want to turn things around for your brand, then you need to start hiring more people like Floyd because trust me it makes a difference. You want to go into the store and he said to me I run this gas station , like it's the community store and serving the people who live here. HE IS AN EMPLOYER DREAM!!!”

“I love the short order cooks and the ability to get what I want when I wanted. We stepped in prior to a road trip, and it was about 11 o’clock, I ordered a breakfast pivot (egg, cheese fully dressed), but one of the cooks advised that 1030am was the cut off.. Another cashier came to my rescue and so politely advised that I would be able to order the breakfast sandwich that I desired. Happy, happy, joy, joy. I also ordered a shrimp on bun for my friend. She had a combo with fries and a fountain drink. When I tell you we WAXED that food in the parking lot before even getting on the road, I would not be lying. The po-boy bread was soft and fresh on the outside and inside. Ample amount of fixings on both sandwiches. When we were done, we pretty much had the -itis and didn’t wanna even drive and go no where. Pricing is fair. I initially got a Mountain Dew fountain drink for my friend, but the syrup needed to be changed out, so the cashier delightfully allowed me to swap the drink and get another fountain drink. Snacks and lots of other things are at this location. Chips, candy, jerky… the list goes on and on. Oh Ans you can also get A few household items if need be, such as dishwashing liquid, a scouring pad, paper towels, toilet paper, and the like. This is definitely a convenience store/gas station all mixed into one. This is the perfect place for you to stop prior to a road trip or in the middle of a road trip or even after a road trip. Danny and Clyde, rock… they get it.”

“We switched to this pharmacy about 1 year ago because my son's seizure medication has been unavailable at most pharmacies for quite awhile now. There's always an issue with the Meds or the insurance company and JONNISHA has been a God sent. She goes above and beyond each time there are issues with his medication. She contacts doctor's offices, insurance companies and all to troubleshoot each time there is an issue which is quite often and he's been on this medication his entire life. (27 years) She's been so helpful that he even knows her by name and contacts her whenever there is an issue himself and she goes above and beyond to help him navigate through it all. THANK YOU JONNISHA for always understanding and taking extra time (which has turned into days, sometimes) to help us.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
