tried several times to get a price adjustment from the outrageous $160+ per month for their cable service.call, wait, get transferred, wait, get cut off, call again, repeat, repeat............strike three.......!!!!cut the cord after 50+ years.now with att/direct tv.let the other reviews speak for themselves.

I honestly had the BEST experience and customer service at this location today. Mrs.Keri M. went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get started with my cell service.. literally skipped her lunch break to continue helping me. Walked me through every step of what i needed to do. this woman deserves a raise, i have never experienced such amazing customer service! Ask for Keri and you will be in good hands! Thank you Keri!!!

$49.99 for unlimited data fee for a home address y’all are out of your minds. 1 gig with y’all is $159 a MONTH. $74 with literally everyone else.

It's a hard thing to review. It's a store for tech stuff, TV, phones, internet, ect. You bring old cable boxes in and switch them for new updated equipment. There are salesmen walking around to help with your needs. They also try to talk you into getting new phones, switching your life over to COX, bleed you for every extra penny you have!! That's why it gets a 3. Lol

My dad has been with cox forever they constantly have to come out and "try" to fix his internet service which in all honesty has never happened at one point they had 3 splitters for for the internet and it wasn't even needed even now with only 2 devices running on the internet it's slower than hell I cannot have a TV on connected to the internet watching regular programs from there cable box and my Xbox running at the same time without my games lagging me out of matches almost as though they refuse to fix the issue to try and get more money for having staff come out and "fix" the problem this has been going on for years

Staff is unfriendly and super unhelpful, I really needed old statements and was told four times by cox to get them from retail store and they won't help me at all in store. When I call they act like they are transferring me where I need to go but just hang up on me. If cox wasn't such a monopoly there is no way I would ever use them.

As far as the store, you get good service. As far as the product: tv and internet, it’s about the worse you can get in recent years. I been with cox for 30 years and in the last few I experienced the lose of tv reception, poor slow internet that drops out, both of the latter services can go out for days at a time due to outages. My visit to the store was to discontinue service and return equipment. I changed provides to their competitor whom laid fiber optic lines in my neighborhood, now I have great high speed internet at reasonable price and a streaming service that is top rated in its class. If you think this is a bunch of bull in regard to Cox services, Google: “Cox complaints” and your search will yield a load of them.

If you have the option to go with another provider do so.Their service rarely ever works and the employees are completely unhelpful unless you're buying anything.They will even send service techs to your house to fix their problems, charge you money for it, but have the techs fix any issues BEFORE they come so that they can claim there are no issues.The other reviews giving more than 2 stars may very well be fake also, I have lived here 8 years and literally no one I have ever met thinks Cox provides even decent service.

Changed boxes out and now the huge refurbish box isn’t working. Have to wait all the way until Monday to get my COX-cable back online.

I went in because of some billing issues and Robin was super sweet, very knowledgeable, and quick to offer solutions. She immediately knew what was causing my problems and how to fix it.
