It's been 7 hours and STILL waiting! It's FREEZING and there are no blankets for patients. The receptionist is rude and needs to learn how to speak to patients and maybe learn some empathy for people.

Worst service ever. I was third in line and they started turning people away after me then the lady at the counter called me up after 45 min to tell me she couldn't verify my insurance on her computer and I would have to pay 500+ . I have blue cross and they are listed as in network. I'm so upset and will never go back... read full comment
