“Was having trouble with my english horn and didn't have time to ship it to an out-of-state double reed specialty repair shop. A clarinet player friend highly recommended Michon's, but I was skeptical about the abilities of any local repairer to diagnose the problem. After all, most of them aren't familiar with the oboe, much less an english horn!
To my surprise, Mr. Sal was able to identify the problem quickly, and he repaired it while I waited! The man really knows his way around woodwind instruments! All in all, I was in his shop less than 30 minutes and I walked out with a working horn.

“I asked if they could do an engagement ring with a lab-grown diamond and Amir delivered! I got an incredible deal for the quality of work/diamond that I got. Was very pleased with the final result.
On top of the engagement ring, Amir went ahead and mocked up a wedding band to go along with it, and the wedding band looked fantastic as well!
Throughout the process Amir was always available to call for answering my questions and we even got some CAD mock ups of the ring before hand.
Whenever I noticed there was a smudge on the diamond after buying it, Amir cleaned it up in the steamer no problem.

“I had a Luminox watch with a minute hand that had come loose. The dealer quoted $300 to replace the movement and I couldn’t find any jewelers that would touch it. Hyme said yea bring it in, and $30 or so later he had it fixed. It did come loose again a few months later, but he fixed it again for no charge. Very easy to communicate with on the phone and saved me from having to purchase a new watch.”
