“Love, love, love this store. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Once they fixed a ring for my daughter and charged her nothing. They have unique pieces that can’t be found anywhere else in NOLA. Anna was particularly helpful to me on my recent visit, but the entire staff is so friendly and gracious. Bonus: Saturdays are champagne days! Anyone that sees my name knows that I prefer to stay quietly anonymous online. So for me to publicly praise this amazing store in the Riverbend says a lot! It’s amazing!”

“Mr Eric is a phenomenal watchmaker! After talking with him he started his craft at 8 years old, taught by his father. He’s a genuine person, an artist in his craft, and has amazing vintage watches for sale. I had my seconds hand changed to one I liked better and he performed the task while I waited, which took less than 5 minutes. His prices are below fair and although my watch isn’t a Rolex or Breitling, if I had one of those high end watches I would only go to him for services with full confidence of having the job done right! Very impressed with him and his prices and well worth the drive across the lake from the Northshore. Thank you Mr Eric and I will return for my watch to be serviced at a minimum and hope to return buying one of your vintage watches!”

The owner is so sweet and she created much of the stickers, designs on the tote bag and more. If youre looking for also cute gifts for people and such, it is an awesome shop for it. “You can spend 15 minutes or 2 hours admiring wonderful art, fancy jewelry or amazingly crafted furniture all owned by a piece of history. I loved all the Churchill pieces during this visit. Skipped the jewelry but enjoyed watching the video on how to unlock a secret safe from the 17th century. What I like the most is that all the items are constantly being sold and rotated out. One piece you admire in that moment may be being sold or being moved to an auction somewhere else. Fun and FREE. So if you are walking and shopping on Royal, in the French Quarter stop in.”

My wife has done business with them and recommended them to remove a couple links in a watch band as well as possibly service another timepiece I have. They were extremely helpful and the Yoing lady that worked with me offered water and couldn't have been more helpful. They adjusted my band at no charge and are providing me with an estimate to service my additional timepiece. And they have cookies.”

“My friends and I reserved a time slot for jewelry making on Saturday, and had THE best time! We were (pleasantly) overwhelmed by the extensive selection of every kind of bead and charm available. If we wanted a bead turned into a charm, they could do it. If we wanted a gold loop instead of silver, they could do it. Caroline helped us the whole time, checking in with us while we looked, taught us how to put on jump rings then assemble our charm bracelets. We will definitely go back!!! The bracelets turned out amazing.”

I already had my nose pierced with a ring from a different location but I didn't know my size or the material. She quickly figured out my size and the material that I needed. Then, she made a custom nose ring for me that matched the septum ring I already had. She was fast, professional, and clean. I would definitely come back to this place next time I visit NOLA.”

I don't believe this is common as I purchased one for my sister also who has had no problems. I contacted them and was immediately issued a replacement bracelet at no cost.
