“The best cleaners I’ve ever used. Staff in the front are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and always willing to ask their higher ups for information if they don’t personally know. Brought my father’s old and worn suit to them for his funeral, told them I wasn’t expecting perfect but if they could please at least make it tidy and well-pressed. The suit looked perfect, like straight out of the photo from his wedding day, and they didn’t charge me because it was the suit he’d be buried in. Have brought all my clothes to them ever since, and never had a problem. Dawn and Max at the front have always been a pleasure to speak with and have always handled my items with care. “Fixed my favorite shirt that was literally in taters. The collar had fallen apart and I didn't know if it was salvageable. I showed up and the shirt looked brand new. I have a lot of memories in this shirt and I'm so thankful they took the time and care to fix it so thoroughly. I would have paid quadruple what they charged. They have made me a customer for life. I have used them multiple times for dry cleaning. No issues.”
“Attendant doesn't understand English. Washer didn't function correctly. Detergent didn't go into the wash so I'm having to rewash the load. Asked her several times why I was having to pay again since the machine malfunctioned. All she did was keep motioning how to swipe my card. I feel they should pay to rewash clothes since I put detergent in the correct place.
Usually clean. Busier on the weekends. Would prefer to have more AC and air circulation. Realize it's full of clothes dryers.”
